RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your cosmetic purchase for any reason, you may return new or gently used cosmetic products at your own expense within 30 days of purchase for a full refund less a $5 processing fee.

 

Accessories (e.g. Pochette, Arenal Sunglasses) must be returned unused within 7 days of receiving the item(s) in all original packaging with all original labels, pamphlets and accompanying materials unopened for a full refund less a $5 processing fee.

 

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges. If an item arrives to you defective or damaged, we will refund 100% of the item cost and shipping. Item(s) must be in original packaging.

 

 

RETURN PROCESS

Please contact us at customercare@farahomidi.com to initiate a return and receive further instructions. All returns are subject to validation and approval. If a return is not approved for any reason, the item(s) may not be returned to you.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Fara Homidi beauty is not responsible for lost shipments.


 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE

 

  • A $5.00 processing fee will be charged for all returns except in cases of damage
  • Returned cosmetic items must be unused or lightly used; cosmetic items must be returned in original packaging with all original labels
  • Returned accessories must be unused; accessories must be returned in original packaging with all original labels, pamphlets and accompanying materials unopened
  • For items being returned due to physical damage, Customer must submit photo proof and obtain approval from Fara Homidi beauty prior to return. Upon such approval, Fara Homidi beauty will pay for return shipping of approved items
  • For items accompanied by a gift with purchase, both the purchased item(s) and the gift(s) with purchase must be returned for refund consideration
  • For items purchased through Shop Pay Installments, please review the refund terms at shoppay
  • Returns are not accepted for international orders
